“Fantastic. My son and I reserved for dinner earlier this week. We ordered appetizers multiple entrees and shared a dessert.Every item was amazing.I’ve eaten at top European restaurants and Sybaris food and service was comparable in every respect.I’m glad to have such fine creative menu and establishment located less than 30 minutes from my home.“
“We try to eat here once a month. It's probably the only restaurant where we make the effort. The choices for sides is awesome with the breakfasts. If you ask for the biscuit, which almost floats away, there more than happy to put gravy on it. German sausage is great. Omlettes are fluffy. I'm getting hungry writing this. 8-9 you can probably get in without waiting for a table. Parking can be rough when it's busy. A lot of singles eat there. Very friendly people eat at the counter.Parking: About 15-16 spots around the restaurant with parking in the back. Also, they park on the side street, east side“
“We had a great meal and family dinner in authentic Mexican restaurant. The parking lot is a little strange, but free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are good for large quantities of food. The steak was tender and very flavorful for my fajitas. The Taco salad was delicious.“
“A friend and I were at an event and didn't want to eat any more of the food there, so we looked at our other options and I saw this listing. I've heard good things about it, and the fish and chips sounded really good to both of us, so off we went. We enjoyed the fish and chips very much--the fish was nice and crispy on the outside and moist and flaky in the inside without being greasy. Fries were the softer, homemade kind with the skin on, that aren't super crispy but they had a good flavor. The portions weren't huge, but my friend and I both left full. She had some kind of cranberry hard cider and it was pretty good. I had a nice glass of ice tea. The restaurant itself was smallish with hardwood floors and an area with a dart board. It was fairly full, even for mid afternoon. I could see how it might get pretty noisy at night if it got crowded, but they seemed to have a nice covered patio off to the side that would probably be wonderful in warmer weather. Staff was also nice (we were there after lunch, so had to order at the bar, but that was fine).“
“Was actually pretty impressed for 20+$ solo lunch.Ruben was delicious and filling.Service was sweet. Food was impressive at its price point.Definitely will do again.Parking: Plenty of parking between the free lot and free street parking ??Kid-friendliness: Totally. Sit by the fireplace :)Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Parking, entry and seating ??“
“Very good pizza. The service was awesome. I really don't have any complaints. The atmosphere was a sports bar but also a family-friendly at the same time. I'll be backKid-friendliness: The left side of the restaurant was more for a family.“
“Classic "mom and pop" meatavore spot in Albany, OR. If you like friendly, personal, and professional service and good local company then this is the place for you. I have been going here for about 8 years; always excellent! They have delicious frozen or fresh sausages to go and a gracious dine in service that is astonishing in its fine quality and recurring consistency. Thank you pepper tree; you raise the bar high up for all other restaurants in the Mid Willamette Valley.“
“If you have never had a Korean Corn Dog (KCD), this is the place to change that. The last few years have seen an influx of food trucks doing Korean Friend Chicken. Few of those trucks do the dogs but at Clucking Dog you get the best of both these worlds. At first blush, the KCD is a corn dog who has been working out. Bigger than the traditional American State Fair fried food favorite, KCDs are distinct with the core potentially being cheese versus a beef dog. The differences do not stop there. Batters are commonly potato and, a first for me, Ramen!!!. Then there's the outside. My favorite is the brightly hued, orange dusted exterior, perfect for an Oregon State Beaver-lover to wave. This cheeto-dust helps add another snack favorite to the mix. We went with the all cheese, Ramen, and cheetos dusted treat. Our KCD was perfectly done. The crunch of the outside gives way to the warm ooze of the cheese. The temperature was just right allowing the elasticity of the cheese to stretch and give, expanding to a near two foot long tightrope from mouth to bitten dog. This was a tasty dog and was better than the KCDs I have had in Los Angeles. Do not forgot to add KFC to the mix. The chicken (I had the 5 piece) was a perfect balance to the dog. Once more, it was some of the best KFC I have eaten. Crunch or the outside, tender meat on the inside coming easily of the bone, the juices trapped in the crust waiting to be released on your bite. As a savory lover, the garlic breath was the right sauce, soy, sweet, garlic, brushed on to not drown but highlight the crunch and flavor of chicken.“
“This is the kind of place you go for a business meeting or in quiet romantic date or something to go because you like a really good food this place has really good food video poker in the back room there's six machines on Wednesday busy most of the time I never eaten in the restaurant only been in the lounge and I like it there if you're not expecting a lot of activity and people“
“Amazing food, good drinks. I wouldn't be surprised if they have the best tater tots in the state. Additionally, I don't like mushrooms but their deep fried mushrooms are so good. All of the food has a fresh, home made type of quality which is unexpected for such a small and unassuming bar.“
“Great little upscale bar/restaurant. We enjoyed wonderful drinks, dessert & coffee this time, but I am very fond of the steaks as well. The atmosphere is spot on for subdued conversations, intimate dinners for two, or even classier 4somes.“
“I love the good and the service!! You feel l like you are at the coast but also back in time!! Their salads and clam chowder are the best around!!! So much better than that famous place at the coast!! Thank you sister's Connie an and Mary...I really needed thatVegetarian options: You can order w other me“
“Fay's is a small local cafe with a variety of food, and a plethora of beverages to choose from. They also serve alcohol as well. It is a very casual cafe that allows you to order your food at the counter and choose your own seating. The establishment also has a small room if you enjoy playing video lottery. The cafe and restrooms have always been clean during my visits. It is an older cafe, but I enjoy the nostalgia. The employees have been friendly and welcoming when I've visited this cafe. They were patient while we looked over the menu, and helpful with any questions. The food is cooked fresh, and it was delivered to our table promptly and warm. The prices are fair and very reasonable, especially for a freshly cooked hamburger.I recommend trying one of their burgers. The burgers were juicy and seasoned just right. The fries were also great. They are not as crispy as I prefer, but they appeared to be homemade. The portion size is more than enough for myself, but they are a little smaller than some establishments, so I recommend ordering an extra side if you have a hefty appetite. I cannot give an opinion on their specialty beverages as I've only had the fountain drinks.Overall, I would recommend Fay's if you're looking for a local business to support. I'm sure there is something on the menu that you'd find enjoyable.“

“Great service, incredible food with amazing portion sizes, chill vibes and is my go-to spot in Albany on a weekly basis! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and knows my name each time I am in! The staff is super friendly, patient, and kind.“
“Sweet Waters is a great family restaurant for sure. I really want to thank the staff Makayla and Linda for taking care of our group that eats at Sweet Waters twice a week.I understand some people will never be happy. That shows by them constantly bitching everyplace to go…. Gas stations or restaurants.Maybe they are the problem.Sweet Waters keep up the good work! Will keep coming back!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for elderly and the staff always will to assist with seating and storage of walkers so it safe for other patrons.“
“Chasers is a place to chill with friends while throwing a couple back. The staff are friendly and attentive and since bringing in the bouncer/bartender it definitely makes you feel safe while you are there. The food is fantastic, definitely check them out for taco Tuesday!“
“One of the best places for breakfast in downtown Albany! Brick & Mortar offers a wide range of seating and makes you feel as though you're very fancy while still being perfectly affordable! The service is great, the people here really do genuinely care about you getting good food! We opted to sit outside, having this option was wonderful; I loved enjoying the weather while eating my food! The atmosphere was so comfortable, it was a great place to sit and chat with my friends.I got the grilled cheese, it sounds childish but this grilled cheese actually featured 4 different kinds of cheese (Bleu, Swiss, parmesean, and provolone) as well as sliced tomato and basil and was served on sourdough. I also got the clam chowder, and it was phenomenal. I was there with 2 friends, they got the fresh fruit crepe and the smoked salmon crepe. Both said that their meal was delicious. It was great to have both the breakfast and lunch options available at the same time. After the meal I went to the Cafe inside the restaurant and got a lavender lemonade. It was unbelievably refreshing, I highly recommend it on a hot day. The woman at the counter was so kind, I originally wanted a plain lemonade but she insisted I throw some flavor in there and she was very right!!If you're looking for a classy, comfortable, and friendly place for breakfast or lunch definitely consider brick and mortar!“
