This place is so cute, and the employees were so friendly! We got the vegan Bahn Mi sandwiches and the vegan spring rolls, and they were fantastic! The spring rolls were very crunchy and had plenty of good filling, and was served with a nice sweet and sour sauce. The sandwich with a dab of Sriracha was perfection! I loved the mushrooms so much. Have always loved vietnamese food. Found this place, love the Banh MI, the pho is great but my favorite is the Bun cha, it's not quite the same as what we got when we were in Vietnam, but the flavor is there and reminds me of our time in Hanoi. Highly recommend Ba's if you're in the Corvallis or Albany area.
