Store made a mistake with my pizza, so they gave me the incorrect pizza along with the correct one, and they found me a better "in-store" coupon than the "online coupon" I used, so they saved me some money as well. Very pleasantly surprised with the service I received.
Man, I have no idea what's going on there. Sometimes the pizzas are late but still in good condition, sometimes it's already cold when it gets here after hanging on "Quality Check" 30+ minutes, sometimes we get what I got today where the order is right, but also it's super undercooked and somehow the box got smashed. Not a very good experience, and they have no empathy for anyone. Don't like the fact that the last time I was in, the guys working there had beards and weren't wearing beard covers. Who wants hair in their food. Another customer waiting mentioned it to me, and I was already thinking the same thing...
