We have tried all bakeries around Albany and Corvallis and we’re always looking to find good cakes or cupcakes. This is the only place we can’t get enough of. We love their incredible, soft, fresh, smooth, gluten free! cupcakes and their macaroons are amazing! Definitely 10 out of 10. Also try the delicious croissants! Lovely little downtown bakery!! I've got a cousin who is gluten free and I was so glad to have a place to take her when she visited a little while ago! The food at sprinkles has been consistently delicious! Their carrot cake cupcakes are my personal favorite. I don't think I have ever been disappointed there. Further, The service is phenomenal, the bakers are so friendly! A great stop if you're having a day downtown or need a little pick me up.
