Well I have to say that I think the Albany Sizzler, under new leadership (thank you Dennis) has made a turn around! Restaurant was clean. Food on the salad bar was fresh and tasty (thank you Rosalinda) and the hot food came out hot and wonderful!
I typically don't do sizzler. I stopped with a few friends while traveling. What I don't like is you've got to order all your meals right when you come in and you're still standing at the counter. And if there's people behind yet and you've never eaten there before you're extremely pressure to just order something and then go sit down. I didn't like that. Haven't eaten at one of these in years but I was wildly surprised when I stopped here for lunch the other day.Not only are they priced modestly but the steaks are as good, if not better, than any place I've eaten at in the past 20 years.Try them next time you're hungry!
