I love grabbing lunch or dinner from these guys. It's always so delicious. Just imagine the best teriyaki you've ever had. Now multiply by 10x. And the prices are reasonable, too!I usually go for the garlic Chicken. But I've had plenty of spicy chicken or just good old down and dirty classic teriyaki. I have been to the Hawaiian islands multiple times, and always have a handful of "plate lunches" during my extended times there. Therefore I am frequently looking to recreate that foodie experience back home. I have to say that this food truck comes pretty close. Saw the truck when I walked out of the store across the street. Wasn’t hungry yet so I just ordered a few musubi. They make it to order so I had to wait a few minutes. Wow, so fresh and they don’t skimp on the Spam. The best we’ve had in Oregon!! Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!
