I was out in Ashland for a couple weeks for work and fast food was getting old at lunch time every day.... When I spotted bonsai out the corner of my eye as I have eaten at the couple I knew about so I peeked my stomachs interest. As per usual it did not fail to quench my tastbuds and appetite. I always come here when visiting Ashland, and this time had a small meal solo. The Vegas roll was delightful, but the miso soup had a strange flavor. This won't prevent my visiting again.
I love the sushi here. That's the overwhelming positive that brings me back. The negatives are I find the inside dinning room cramped and the booths uncomfortable. In drastic need of a renovation with the "bar" seats unusable because they use that space for storage (making for a strange and cluttered ambiance). I also discourages single patrons.
