I ordered a 2 scoop sundae. I had it delivered. The cup was only half full!! Over $8 and it was the WORST version of a sundae I’ve ever had! Dairy Queen is cheaper and good quality and is generous in their portions! I used to LOVE BR but they have slipped in their quality

Today was amazing and the service made all the difference. The gentleman behind the counter was running solo but was patient with my kids, receptive, charming and made our stay one the best 31 Flavors visits ever. Such a refreshing change from the entitled d-bags who think they are doing you a favor or make you feel like you are the inconvience. Old school service!! Thanks! If the owner/magager sees this we were there ~330pm July 20. Give this guy a bonus! Also, while we were sitting eating our ice creams, he offered to store a cake we bought and asked whose birthday it was. Her day was made when he gave her a little birthday crown. Thanks!!!

To the guy who worked the closing shift thank you for being so nice when my 13 year old daughter came in for ice cream 10 mins before closing. She came out with a big smile and said "it's nice to have a guy who is working close to closing to be so nice and he even asked how my day was going." Thank you for giving good service.

Yummy place. They introduce a new flavour each month & this month's cookie monster was just delicious. We love their triple mango available anytime of the year. Othe flavours we tried were chocolate chocolate mousse & very berry strawberry & those were good too.They have a end of the month offer which is valid on 31st date which is 31% off each scoop.

Quinn along with the other employees that I've seen the past two times that I've gone have been great, super friendly and enjoyable during our time there. The only downside is the manager or the owner of this particular Baskin-Robbins is always super rude and yelling at her employees just because they let her know that the tills were running low on change for cash orders, it's called being a manager, just do it lady! The first time I've gone I saw her go to the back to blow her nose and touch her face and then came right back out without washing her hands or wearing gloves while making the cones/ banana splits or handling food. Both times have been annoying and honestly just super rude on her part for treating her team less of a person because they're young. I only come back because her STAFF plays a key role on making people feel welcomed. Thanks Quinn and all of the other scoopers there! You matter, only knocked off two stars because of her other than that the employees were great!

only filled half of order. Asked for two 2 quart pre-packaged ice cream. This is 4 quarts total. instead I got one 2 quart pair. I will get a refund in 8-10 days, but if I reorder I will have to pay another tip: $6.50+. I'm ill and don't need the extra effort or aggravation. I feel when there is a mistake it should be corrected immediately by the Restaurant.

This was the cleanest and nicest looking baskin-robbins I have ever been to. No need to review the ice cream itself because it is baskin-robbins. If you've eaten ice cream at one, you've tasted them all lol. But I definitely enjoyed coming here. No sticky tables or floors. And I'm assuming the two people working we're probably the owners and they were extremely nice. Will definitely be coming back.
