Wow what a surprise. When I look at the pictures and saw the cart I was not totally impressed. How often does the actual food look twice as good as the pictures posted right. Well I assure you it is. I was blown away by the quality of the broth, the noodles and the vegetables the way the chef prepared them. It ranks up there with any of the top notch sit down ramen places and that too surprised me. There is a gamut of specialty broths that are not normally found in other ramen restaurants. They definitely know what they are doing. Can't wait to try the other varieties. Will post pictures next time. I took one bite and it was so good by the time I was finished it dawned on me I never took a pic.

Meatloaf and chicken fried steak were very good, but the collards were the best I have ever had! I'm hoping they will sell them by the quart next time I go

My new favorite food cart in the square. Super great quality and hefty portions, the meatloaf is my personal fave. Only a subset of their menu is available every day, so sometimes it's tricky to catch the one you want.

I'm from the ATL. Been here in Portland for a while - this is the best and truest Southern food I have had since I've been here. Totally Authentic, totally amazing! The fried okra is perfect and the green beans fall off the fork like God intended :)

30 or so food carts all clean, neat, and delicious. Outdoor carpet play area, indoor bathrooms, picnic tables, parking lot adjacent.
We recently stopped here for dinner. There was a large selection and a wide variety to choose from. Not only was the food good but it also had a lot of seating. The area was also very clean. Estimating probably 15 or 20 food trucks. A great place to stop if want a variety of food.

The Southern fried chicken takes some time to make but is well worth the wait. It's cooked in a way that gives it a thick crispy outside crust without making the chicken inside overly greasy. The fried okra was excellent and the mashed potatoes were very good as well (the gravy has some room for improvement). Portions are large and the price is fair. A hazy IPA makes for a very good pairing with the meal.

The food is incredible and the fried chicken is so worth a longer wait. The hushpuppies were terrific and the slaw was sweet. The cart was slammed, but they delivered my food quickly. I can't wait to return! So glad they are in Beaverton.

Super friendly transplants from North(?) Carolina who wanted to bring Southern food to Beaverton. Fried chicken was crispy on outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Sweet hush puppies, savory and smoky collard greens. Definitely stop by if you have a hankering for some classic and legit Southern food.

A welcome addition to the Beaverton area. Approximately 30 different food carts offering various cuisines. You can also get a beer here to enjoy with your meal. Pleasant environment. Most carts are a bit on the expensive side, but the portions are ample. Although I have tried the majority of the food carts none of them have truly stood out from the others. Hopefully, one day they may add a food cart which I cannot resist ordering food from on a regular basis.
