Vegan doesn't always mean healthy- let me tell you! And I always feel bad asking for the ingredients list, because I can't have added sugars... but FINALLY a place that can accommodate my needs! Two food items had Organic Cane Sugar in them. Just two... And the rest? Everything I could eat! Can you believe that? Being dairy free and processed sugar free is hard. But not here! This little cart *actually* cares about health. Thanks Hue!
The veggies sandwich was an 8.2 out of 10. So freaking good.The rice bowl was a 7.8, it was really good, just didn’t love the cabbage lol. The plantains were a really nice touch tho, didn’t expect to like those so much.This place is a great vegan option, cute little spot with great staff. Also had some goodies in the window, like this decadent coffee cake that I’ll probably get next time, I swear it was calling my name haha.Highly Recommend. Loved the rainbow rice bowl! It had balanced and rich flavors. The immunity booster shot (ginger, apple, turmeric) is so concentrated and it tastes like real fresh homemade juice. I highly recommend it for cold weather!
