The food is not very good, it smells good but it doesn't taste as good as it looks, it lacks more flavor and we waited almost 15 or 20 minutes for the food and we hadn't even been eating for 20 minutes and they gave us the bill and asked us if we wanted some boxes for food, with that we would understand that we had to go and find ways to run away from people but not like that.

Got there at 6am since it said it opened at 6am. Worker locked the door after he told us they don’t open till 6am. We waited 30 minutes and still wasn’t open.

Long wait times, Not enough staff to run the business. After being seated we waited on a server for over 20 minutes. The server was friendly and nice but the kitchen staff had no urgency. We ended up sending back cold food which in turn took longer than needed. Do not recommend this location if you value your time.

Food was terrible, waitress was rude after I called her out on making a mistake too. My mans pancakes were slathered in an incredible amount of chocolate that made them nasty. Hashbrowns were cold, french toast was also burnt with barely any strawberries like I had ordered. The floor was also covered in trash and food crumbs. by far the grossest ihop experience i have ever had ?

30 + years in food and hospitality. There are a few basic rules this place failed to meet.Staffing - only one waitress working for breakfast hours and handling door dash.There are 3 priorities as a waitress.1.) HOT Food is always first2.)Drinks should be offered as soon as the customer is seated, and drinks on the table in the first 5 minutes ( Milkshakes do not take priority )3. ) Refilling drinks and checking in the first couple minutes of the table eating if there is anything else.Below are not priorities, but it boosts customer service and makes customers feel special and be more understanding.Communication as you are passing the table or when an item may take a minute (ex. "The milkshake will take me a minute to make, but I'll be right back with the rest of your drinks." )Waters on the table (this also helps with rule 2. Everyone likes a full cup!When the manager asks you for help after you have seating 3 tables and drinks still haven't gone out, say yes. Have her help get drinks out! She's an employee of a restaurant as well, and she can help the number one priority customers.House rule, restaurant 101:Any employee that walks by a table empty, it's your responsibility to make sure it has something on it.....the manager is not exempt from this rule.Food was usual, and the atmosphere was the normal big franchise (denny , IHOP) feel. There's definitely room for improvement.To the "owner" who replies.....Google review does not let you select text in the response you most likely will make, to copy and paste in a web browser to take your survey. Asking reviewers to copy and paste your link is a waste of time, it doesn't work.

Awful food. Ordered some meat. Tasted horrible, like weeks old. Gave me stomach problems after a few hours. Omelets came with hashbrown and it never came until I got up to tell them. Fingerprints all over tables and chairs, never cleaned. Also had to ask for silverware even though other shops bring them to you without prompt. Take care to not come here. Look at recent reviews, they are more indictive of how this ihop operates.

Ice cold pancakes. Cold sausage. Burnt and cold chicken tenders. Fruit topping on waffles was literally frozen. Took 40 minutes to get our food too. Manager comp the meal and we left. Only good thing was the coffee. Will never
