The guy with the ponytail who took our order tonight was really mean to us. They were making fun of my partner and I and had us wait 10 mins for 4 burgers while they were laughing inside and the cashier kept staring at us with a nasty face it was really uncomfortable and unfortunate we had to wait a long time. They also didn’t give us our 4 bbq sauces we paid for. Why act so unprofessional to customers just because you don’t want to do your job ????

Pretty mediocre McDonald's establishment from my experiences here. Drive through option is usually hit-or-miss depending on time of day but I've never had significant problems related to slowness or wrong orders. Sometimes staff isn't the friendliest but that's understandable in fast food. My food has been consistent in terms of quality.

I ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets but there were only six in the box. I only noticed after I got home so I came back a few hours later and they were willing to fix the issue for me. I very much appreciate that, as this happened one other time with the McDonald's on Powell and that one was unwilling to do anything.

I always have gone to this mcdonald’s but yesterday I order 2 happy meals and 4 piece chicken nuggets as we leave the mcdonald’s I we head to a gas station but i smelt something weird so i open the chicken nugget box and i see just bbq sauce all over it and pulse there was only 3 and on one of them it already had like a bitten piece and i had not even touch the chicken nuggets

I've been waiting over an hour on my grubhub order, I ordered at 8:30 PM, it's 9:55 now. I imagine my food is going to be ice cold when it gets here.....if it ever gets here. Half the time, the fries are overcooked and old (pretty much the same at any Mickey D's). I once found floating brown specs in my iced coffee that were definitely not coffee. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been a customer of honestly.

Very poor all McDonald's used to be open in the dining room area till 11 till 4 years ago it stopped and it's not helping people also bring back cashiers to McDonald's not just Artificial intelligence it's taking away Jobs not everyone understands keosk also bring back the good food like snack wraps like 5 years ago those were so good and bring back like 2000 and 2004 big n tasty burgers those were amazing and chicken salects as well all day breakfast McChicken breakfast sandwiches and super size fries like the 90s and early 2000s you guys would have 50% more customers all McDonald's are doing very poor service
