Very industrial decor, miss the characters. Dining room looks cold, not inviting. Only the front entrance was unlocked so running from the rain to the closest door was no good. No salads at all which was disspointing.
Ok so I feel for this store. They really need more help. I try not to give bad reviews. So this is just constructive observations! The staff is doing the best they can. Most of the issues aren't their fault. The app/car pu is super glitchy for some reason. I think also with short staffing and/new employee learning, the chaos hurts their production/productivity. Unfortunately, I had a car pull up order & it took forever. They cleared a long drive thru line. And it was for shakes...read full review
