FanTASTIC meal!! I enjoyed the 3 cheese tortellini with filling that was comparable to the texture of the clouds in heaven themselves. The creamy pesto sauce?!? WOW!!! My life partner ordered the Alfredo with the Parmesan crusted chicken and it enjoyed it so much, I had to smack the back of his skull to get his eyes to roll back around. Well done, Noodles & Co. I will forever worship at your alter, sing your praises from the highest peaks of the highest hills (sorry I don't climb mountains) for the rest of my days. Never change, you are perfect

There's little to no consistency regarding portions or if your meal is accurate here. In fact the only consistency I have is missing add-ons that I paid for. The service is good but not to par with what you pay for.

The toilets were not skibidi like I was promised. On top of that, it's not in ohio, and when I rizzed the manager with my grimace shake while hitting the griddy, he told me to stop mewing. Definitely will not come here again.
The food is sadly hit and miss. I enjoyed the japanese pan noodles, but the chicken parmesan was disappointing. Quality depends on what items you order.

I tried the (new?) chicken parm last night and it was *terrible*. It looked and tasted like it was microwaved and then thrown in the bag. Most of the noodles were overcooked and dry, and there was barely any sauce. 0/10 on that dish/presentation. I love Noodles and continue to go because of their service and good food but this dish was NOT it.

My first problem with this company is the price, I find the price to be way too high for the quality of noodle. $30 may seem reasonable for two meals but when I received my food I had quite a few problems. My noodles were undercooked, the Wisconsin Mac and cheese sauce was liquidated and had an unpleasant texture. Not to mention that the steak was $5. I had the other meal I had the Penne Rosa. It was very dry and the smell was very unpleasant. The price was just crazy for the food quality. Wouldn't recommend unless you prefer dry pasta.

The food we ate was good especially considering the price. The person taking the order said you can customize all the items including the protein. My daughter didn't have to pick out the mushrooms. The vegetarians could substitute tofu EXCEPT they put beef on one of the tofu dishes. :( We will give it another try.Vegetarian options: They say any of the items can be vegetarian but put meat on one of ours so I would check. The one that was vegan was good, especially for ease, price, and speed.

Me, the Parmesan chicken; her the bbq.My chicken was visibly burnt and tasted extremely salty (and of course burnt).For both of us, the "cheese" sauce was runny and watery. It was more like water with yellow food coloring than a cheese sauce.Essentially, it was undercooked nasty pasta in water with a slight cheese taste. Awful.
