Tucked into the food cartel in Beaverton, this spot stood out from the SMELL. I had the Garlic Chicken, a special of the day, and my mouth was watering even before I took a bite. The dish was well made, full of garlicky, sweet, and salty flavors. I'm giving it 4 stars because I thought it was a tad bit too salty, to a point that it was almost bitter. Another qualm is that I wish there were combination plates available :( but I do understand why they don't allow combination plates.
being from Hawaii, we know what a local plate is suppose to taste like. this truck is by far the best Hawaiian food that we've been to outside of Hawaii. the Katsu sauce is perfect. The Kalua Pork was cooked like it was in Hawaii. the Mac salad is on point, loco moc- perfect. Can't not say enough about them.

Meat jun was fantastic. Sweeter than a Korean meat jun. Very tasty. Kalua pig was good too, good salt level. Mac salad was delicious, not too vinegar-y like many Hawaiian places here. Felt like real Hawaiian food, definitely going back.
