Staff at the restaurant was fine, corporate support not so much.Missing food from my to-go order, and while it was only $7.99 worth of goods, I did not get what I paid for.Emailed customer service as soon as I got home and discovered the missing item. For the last few weeks corporate states they can’t find my order, that I will need to speak with a manager at the store instead. My bank has the completed transaction… what more does one need to prove I paid? 2 kids in tow that were hungry…. My mistake for not getting a receipt.Food was just ok, and pretty pricey for what you get and definitely pricey for what you paid for and didn’t get.

Delicious! For fast food, it has the nicest atmosphere with lighting that's easy on the eyes. I enjoy going here even if it's on the expensive side.

The tuna sandwich I ordered should be toasted and given which isn't done .To my experience the tuna sandwich tastes better when toasted and the bread wasn't evenly cut .

Dirty place. I went to eat dinner yesterday and the lobby was filthy, I received a used spoon. And I will never eat here again. Hire better management Panera.

Overall, employees are professional, kind, and attentive to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I expect a little bit higher quality food for the price, but it's good. It's a great place if you want a quick lunch, but don't want to wait for service.

In general I really like this place, and their food is usually great, but I feel like they overuse the sugar in the chocolate, I ordered one on my last visit and it was extremely sweet, I can't take it.Dietary restrictions: They tend to go a little overboard with sugar, so if you have diabetes you should be careful when choosing the menu.

Had a really nice chicken salad. The place was busy, but still had lots of seating. My great grandson enjoyed his pizza and a chocolate chunk cookie!

As soon as you step in expect to go to a kiosk to order your food. A bit different, but cool and very easy to use. Once your order you move over to the other side to wait for the order. The kiosk let's you get a text when your order is ready. However make sure if you order a drink get it because it won't be next to your order when it's ready despite ordering it on the kiosk. I left out without getting the drink and they didn't say anything once I picked up my order. I would have preferred to get it, but I was already 5 miles away before I noticed so if Panera sees this make sure you get me on my next visit because I will be back. Food was cooked to perfection and I will say I loved it enough to go back, however I will make sure to pick up my lemonade. Healthy options. Clean booths all around. Cool outside spot if the weather permits.Parking: You gotta drive around to get a good spot depending on the time of day.

I am growing tired of the customer experience at this location. I normally drop in every few weeks to grab some take out bagels. 50% of the time I have to remind the counter personnel that I'd like the bagels cut, and just as frequently, the cuts are laughable... some resulting in a wafer thin top or bottom, others cutting only a wedge and still others only partially cut and resulting in them tearing the remainder of the bagel apart. This, however is not my justification for only one star. I have been in twice in the last 4 days and both times the floors were greasy and I could feel myself slipping and sliding around. Both occasion I mentioned the issue to a staff member and was deliberate is advising "some one is going to slip and get hurt"... only to get a "ok" and "I noticed that too", and yet nothing is done. COME ON Panera! Take customer safety serious before someone actually GETS HURT! This is unacceptable!
