Placed an online order that was confirmed but when we went in store we were told there was in fact no order placed. I scrolled back through the confirmation which stated my order would be ready in 20 minutes, and at the bottom is stated my card was declined. I then placed the order in store and paid with the exact same card and the order went though. I always go to this location bc most of the other Roxy's have been serving the exact same order in containers literally half the size. This location serves me up enough food for 3 or 4 meals for about $12. The bang for your buck is 10/10. Food is great. The Macaroni salad is like crack, I always get an extra serving of it.

Good food. Not the friendliest staff. I love masubi, but for some reason every time I try to order it here they are “sold out”….today, after the 10 time in a row I decided to ask if it’s ACTUALLY ever available. The clerk told me they usually sell out in the afternoon…maybe try making more?
