“The food is really good. Locally sourced ingredients. Dat Sisters beef is the best. Everything is super fresh and made with love. The seasoning they use on some of the French fries is amazing. The chocolate spruce tip pie is fire! The owner is an absolute angle to top it all off. Absolutely worth it. Need to go back and try even more!“
“Our waitress was great! We just accepted a job here will be moving soon, she was so great offering up ideas for us. Gave us a great feel for the locals. The food was amazing we split the hash and it was plenty (we split plates a lot with as little as we eat out) highly recommended by everyone I talked to. If you have to choose a breakfast place choose this. Had other breakfasts while in bend for short trip and they were ok but nothing like this. Will be back. Had a great chai!“
“Wonderful neighborhood wine bar and restaurant. Wine flights and food items regularly change. Staff very knowledgeable about the wines and will help you find just what you want. They also have a nice room for private events and a patio for summer enjoyment!Vegetarian options: They will work with dietary restrictions/ preferences.Parking: There is parking in front of, at the side, and behind the building“
“My partner and I dined here for my birthday. We tried 4 of their cocktails all which were fantastic! (All the Irene named ones were fun-) We had the carrots, the seasonal burrata and the scallops. Every dish was delightful. We had the figgy dessert with a cardamon whipped cream-get this for sure. Not only was the service top notch but the decor is so amazing! I appreciated the care they took to curate the vibe. We can’t say enough. Our new fav spot in Bend!“
“My wife and I came here for our anniversary. On the reservation I put it that it was our anniversary. When we walked in and I stated my name and the hostest who was very friendly said happy anniversary. After we were seated we were greeted by the gentleman who waited on us. Jonas is his name. This guy not only well exceeded out expectations of customer service he raised the bar on what customer service truly is. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. When you asked for recommendations between dishes he was honest and made genuine recommendations. I work in customer service myself. He just made me raise the bar in my work. The way our entire dinner went from the greeting to leaving made it feel like they were here for only my wife and I. Thank you Jonas and the rest of the Brickhouse. Food was amazing and service was amazing. If your are not coming here you are missing out. See you all soon“
“Everything was excellent. High quality food and cocktails. One of the best meals I've had. Loved the bbq shrimp and smoked trout appetizers.I never eat pork but ordered the porkchop based on the waitress recommendation and it was phenomenal. Also really enjoyed the fish. The staff were kind and attentive.Only con is the acoustics as the room can get pretty noisy.Highly recommend and will to return on my next trip to Bend.“
“I came in with another friend while we were passing through Bend on an Oregon trip, we came around 3 pm so it wasn't very busy, which gave us time to look over the menu! We were immediately greeted by a few of the employees, they were very nice, I didn't catch their names though. They asked us if we were first timers and gave a run down of their menu, asked us if we wanted to sit and look over the menu and brought us fresh fried potato chips while we decided what to eat! Very nice of them. We ordered the Briqueso and the pizza sandwiches. The Briqueso was my favorite! Full of veggies and flavor, the pizza was very yummy too, I just preferred the veggies at the time. The woman who served us too also gave us one of their dips for free for the chips since it was our first time there. We also ordered their mac and cheese, very delicious. That was very kind and it was very delicious. Whenever I'm in Bend next, I'll be bringing everybody with me here again! Very nice, very yummy, great service, great food! If you're an ooey gooey cheesy fanatic this place is amaaaazing.“
“Stopped in Thursday for breakfast. Service was outstanding. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with two eggs over medium and home fries/ potatoes. It was absolutely fabulous. I can’t wait to go back. I only wish I had found it on the first day, not my last day. I highly recommend.“
“My recent visit to Active Culture left me thoroughly impressed with their delicious gluten-free offerings. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly their açaí bowls, which were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. The açaí bowls were perfectly blended, with a velvety texture and a refreshing taste that made them a real treat. Topped with fresh fruits, granola, and a drizzle of local honey, each spoonful was a burst of tropical goodness.I appreciate the cashier putting gloves on before touching the fruit for my bowls.Aside from the açaí bowls, I also indulged in their gluten-free almond cookies, and they were simply divine. The cookies were soft, chewy, and had a rich almond flavor that was incredibly satisfying. I wish I had purchased them by the dozen. What impressed me the most about Active Culture was their commitment to offering high-quality gluten-free options without compromising on taste.Active Culture is a must-visit destination that won't disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious and guilt-free treats!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free açaí bowl“
“I'd like to give a mediocre review so folks won't know about this great spot, but I can't. Just have to rave about every part of our experience! Thanks so much for all the effort the students and faculty make to have our meal so delightful! Best wishes! Kate & Gary“
“We come back time and again!! Such reasonable prices and delicious burgers, husband gets regular and I alway order the vegan burger. It’s so nice to be able to go somewhere both of us can comfortably eat. They will bring the burgers to you in the Waypoint hotel, you can get drinks inside or bring your own. We love sitting by the fireplace and chowing down. They also give the kids dum dums which is very thoughtful and always brightens their days.“
“Great service and great food!We came in with a family of 10, with 6 adults and 4 kids. They did a great job preparing a comfortable spot to sit, and everyone had a great time. They have great menus for adults and kids.Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu has a fun selection. One of my granddaughters loved getting the salmon! All the kids were happy ?“
“I have visited El Rodeo a few times with my husband for dinner. We enjoy their food everytime. I recommended them for lunch to my visiting family and they thoroughly enjoyed them also. We will keep coming back. Thank you for the great service!“
“My daughter requested this as her 19th birthday dinner. It was our family's first time there and it did not disappoint! Our server was kind, attentive and quick. We sampled quite a bit of the menu, including dessert and loved every dish. Thank you“
“I didn’t take any pictures. I was too busy questioning reality. The tots were incredible (both the burger and pulled pork), but the real star of the night was the deep fried cookie dough. It is not an exaggeration when I claim that it was totally and completely worth surviving 17 years of deep, clinical depression just so I could eat this. We are two mid-30 years old men, and we absolutely giggled as we ate it because it was so insanely good. It’s all we talked about on the drive home. We’re still talking about it now.Get. The. Cookie dough. As the sign says, you’re worth it.Also, Ally (Allie?) was an absolute delight and badass behind the counter. Will be back again soon!“
“A good traditional bar. Service was attentive, kind and consistent. The club sandwich is exactly as advertised, fries were solid and the drinks were well poured. Not often do I go to a bar for dinner, but this is a place I would return. Well exceeded my expectations for a bar and look forward to coming back.“
“The best biscuits and gravy I've ever had, and the second best griddle potatoes I've ever eaten! Sorry Uncle Dwayne still takes number one, but he's family. This place is amazing, and will impress even meat eaters! I treat myself to this place at least once a month, and it feels like the first time every time!Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian friendly, it's a vegan food cart.“
“The food has been absolutely wonderful every time I've gone, and the staff is just as nice. You get more than your money's worth and often enough to have a snack for later. I had the Jake's Megaburger, and it was exactly what was described on the menu and more, with the crinkle cut fries. The fries are the closest thing to PERFECTION. The waiter, Shelly I think was her name, was nice and very helpful. Atmosphere was good, my only problem is the bathroom. There was a concerning amount of... junk on the urinals, and zero privacy for the one to the right as it sat right next to the sink, with no wall on that side, it's probably better to go in the stall if you're a short person. Had a good time over all though, and highly suggest this restaurant. 100% worth to stop by at.“
“Went here for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely loved it and will definitely go back. Service was great. The chowder was delicious! Honestly might’ve been the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Not to take away anything from the delicious sauce but they were the only fish and chips I’ve had that were just as good without a sauce.“
“Me and my wife came into the original pancake House for the first time. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. The food was definitely five stars for the type of restaurant this is. I had the corned beef hash with soft eggs and pancakes. I had thought for many years that my mother had made the best corned beef hash to date but guess what now it's been beaten by the original pancake House I would come back just for that no kidding. The pancakes were melt in your mouth delicious. Overall we would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and family it is definitely a must try.“
“Being going here for the past 20 or so years.Simple Menu done well.Shakes are outstanding!Do you want an old fashioned marshmallow shake? They have it.Onion Rings ? Excellent.Great carhops on skates with a pleasant smile and personality?Yep, you get that as well.“
“Just fantastic food! The service and vibe inside was killer too! The beer... delicious when paired with the many traditional food choices. We ended up ordering the mouth watering Rubensalet, Frites, Kohlrouladen, & the Wurst (3). Absolute perfection!! I got so excited to see the food as it was served...I totally forgot to take some pics of it...hahaha! I highly recommend it!“
“I don’t leave many reviews, but our experience was so good, I decided it warranted one. Our server, Eli, easily amazing. Food was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you. We would love to see this restaurant open a location in Boise! Truly a great experience.“
“Pacific Pizza in Bend exceeded my expectations with their mouthwatering Habanero Alfredo pizza. The 18" pizza had a crusty crust that had me hooked from the first bite, offering a perfect balance of crunch and chewiness. The quality of ingredients was top-notch, and the fresh arugula added a burst of freshness to every slice. What really stood out was the perfectly balanced Habanero Alfredo sauce, which gave just the right amount of heat without overwhelming the taste buds. If you're craving a pizza that's both adventurous and satisfying, Pacific Pizza is the place to go.“
“BTBS is one of the only places we go due to allergies. The food is delicious and allergy friendly and always prepared carefully. The staff are laid back and friendly.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options plus tofu or tempeh choice for proteins on lots of menu items.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten and dairy free options.“
“What a memorable brunch. The olive oil orange cake special changed my life and was a fantastic experience across the board. Close quarters inside so expect to wait on a slow or busy day. Great for small groups. Really impressed by the benedict.“
