I picked up an online order, a salad bowl and burrito. The salad had probably 4 pieces of lettuce, hardly any meat, and a tiny dollop of guacamole that I paid almost $3 for. The burrito looked absolutely disgusting and smashed. This location has no pride in anything they make, no quality control for overpriced "fast food"
Quality of the food itself was great but I guess I wasn’t aware about the rice, beef and cheese shortage in the beautiful town of Bend, OR. It was late night and my company paid for it or else I would’ve complained more about the small portion $14.

Very poorly managed. Ordered online and it showed it was ready and they didn’t even make the burrito for over 20 minutes. Then I went to ask for a refund so I could just leave and they couldn’t help me out in store and gave me a number to call. Super bad service and every employee in there was just saying they don’t know how to do anything..
