I cannot believe I found this place!! We were visiting from Taiwan, and wife wanted some hot food. It was in November. I did not have a high expectation, since we were not in California. To my surprised, the pho was excellent! Perfect for this kind of weather. We ate here 2 nights in a roll because finding a good pho restaurant is extremely difficult, especially in Bend Oregon. Service was fast and the food was delicious. It’s been hard to find a Vietnamese restaurant that offers multiple types of protein, broth, and noodle options. The new spicy hue style noodle soup was to die for - it’s not very spicy on its own, so don’t be afraid to try it!
