This restaurant is a training program for the Central Oregon Community College Culinary program. That said, they work on giving the perfect culinary experience and, boy, did they deliver! Service by Iris was attentive, friendly, efficient without being intrusive. Wonderful and interesting food. Items you probably would not make at home! Service was good but a little quick at clearing the courses before totally finished. Price is reasonable and I'm glad students are learning the culinary arts.
