“Consistently tasty burgers. Restraunt is always clean, and staff is very friendly. Drink options are all bottled so constrains options. But all I've tried are tasty.Parking: Parking lot shares space with other businesses, depending on time of day parking can be limited.“
“First thing I noticed was that 90% of the customers were Mexican laborers having lunch. That tells me it is probably authentic. I ordered a taco and burrito. Either one would have been enough. They were not the skinny little things you get at most Bend food carts.“
“the food was amazing, the guy that took my order was very helpful. the prices can't beat it. I met the owner and very outgoing and honest man. we had an extremely nice meal and conversation. I live in Klamath Falls and go to Bend for doctor visits. I will be back next time I'm in Bend Oregon thank you“
“The service was Excellent. I really appreciated their patience while my younger children ordered their own meals and accommodated their requests. We received our order correctly as well. Dining room was clean and staff also seemed to be enjoying their shifts, taking pride in their store etc. I just can't give more than 3 stars for fast food food... But it was a pretty good experience overall.“
“So mod pizza is my favorite because it is one size but with as much toppings as you want. The staff seem to get frustrated but my pizza generally looks like a cake and then it is fire cooked right in front of you. Only takes 5-10 min for a couple pizzas to be filled cooked. There food was great, well done, staff was a good sport for creating this masterpiece.“
“What an awful establishment. I went through the drive through to pick up food for a business meeting at the Bend, Oregon restaurant. The lady at the drive up window handed me my drinks and bag of food, so I thought. I drive to my meeting and go to grab the bag and only one item is in the bag of the $48.06 worth of stuff I ordered. I had to drive back to get the food where I was greeted by a less than helpful manager, Gretchen, and a so called hospitality manager , Alex McClain. My options were to have them make the food again or get a refund. Mind you I was bringing food to my lunch meeting that I was more late for due to your company. It wasn't my screw up, it was an incompetent employee. No gift card was offered. No here is your food and a refund for your inconvenience, nothing. I wouldn't be writing this is that had been offered. I wasted my time and my gas to go back to get the order fixed that your employees messed up. That was after I paid a ridiculous amount of money for very tiny portions. The Alex lady was even so kind to shoot me a rude look and comment. This is a Christian restaurant? You apparently don't follow any Christian values I know. Your so called hospitality person was probably one of the rudest people I've talked to in a while. She definitely has the wrong job if she treats people like she does. It's unfortunate that companies no longer care about customer service. If I could have given less than one or a negative number above, I would have. You charge way too much money to make mistakes like this and to have rude employees who don't care about the customer. The amount of food I got was maybe worth $20. Below you have the receipt from this horrible experience. From the sounds of Alex though, nothing will be done about it. She didn't care at all and was rude as I walked out as well.“
“Pretty good Wendy's. We went through the drive through on 10/10/2023 and got the Biggie Bag w/ the jr. bacon cheeseburger and the 10 piece nugget combo. The nice thing about Wendy's is that I have never not been able to get a Frosty.“
“I've always enjoyed Redmonds Carl's Jr. One thing that stood out was the professionalism of the servers. One in particular was concerned that another employee was on their phone too much which I appreciate. Taking their job seriously makes all the difference!“
“I just had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a fast food shop. My boyfriend and I went in 30 minutes before closing (which we never, ever do) and the staff was so awesome. Sam was the guy who helped us and made our sandwich’s, he deserves a raise for how pleasant he was! He joked with us as he prepared our food and was very professional the whole time. The tip we left was very, very well-deserved! I highly recommend.“
“I was in town for a trip and stopped here for a sub to-go on 3/10/24. I just wanted to give props to the blonde teen guy employee there. It was hectic and he was upbeat and nice to everyone. I noticed another employee whose nametag said Maddi who was also working hard. Great sandwich and service!“
“Ordered through Door Dash and the order was missing fries, and Coconut Chicken. We had a diner who had Celiac so we really couldn't go without. I called them up, and they had someone drive over what was missing! Great customer service and saved our dinner. :)“
