Amazing restaurant! My family loved going to their old Brookswood Plaza location, and got the chance to come back recently. Phenomenal food and super kind staff. I recommend the Mocajete.
We enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Drinks came right away and were refreshing and tasty. Appetizers also came very quickly and we loved the fresh guacamole! Dinner was very good. We tried the taco salad, enchaladas and fajitas. All were very good.

Our server seemed new, he must have had more tables than he could really handle because he wasn't as attentive to us as he should have been. The restaurant wasn't busy, so ambience was low. The food was fine. We generally are satisfied with La Rosa—but it's not great, just average like most places in town. It's hard to nail service, food and ambience. On their best night I would give them a 4 across the board.
