Very great and nice people! Jin was an excellent efficient and friendly person. He was an understandable manager and led the team to success in serving. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family and any person under the age of 108
Ordered a family bundle with a large chicken teriyaki as one of the entrees. I asked for additional extra sauce on the side and instead I got a large entree of plain chicken with no sauce on it and no sauce on the side. The chicken is so fatty, there no way I am eating this plain. The sauce is literally the only thing that goes on this. It's ONE thing and it's the important thing.

Rice is not cooked all the way. I thought it was a fluke but have been back twice in the last couple years and its the same. And its not al dente its like inedible. I have been to other locations and its fine. Sad because the entrees are good and my kid loves the orange chicken, but I am not going to eat raw rice.
