Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy and the guy who I believe is the manager of the restaurant, named Jeremy, was the nicest and most knowledgeable about my gluten allergy. He was so kind and so accommodating. He made all our rolls gluten free. He gave the best customer service I've had at a restaurant in a really long time. My grandson turned 18 and he wanted sushi. This place was at his request. Everything we ordered was really good right down to the hot green tea. They even brought out a free dessert with a candle. Here’s to delicious sushi and celebrations! Thanks Shinsei!
