“Great little place off I-5, glad I wanted some coffee right at that moment while passing through. Friendly and kind proprietors allowed me to order a sandwich even though it was too early for their lunch service, and it was delicious—fresh ingredients and a fantastic homemade potato salad side. Also got a “pine cone” pastry and a latte breve, both also excellent. Just ignore the loud-voiced locals who hang out rehashing nonsense political and conspiracy theories! Really nice folks own/run this small family-owned business, I was happy to patronize their shop.”

All very delicious with plenty leftover!Price difference between a half order and full order of the biscuits n gravy is $1.50 - worth it to have leftovers or to share :DThe coffee was typical, diner coffee - a bit weak, but still drinkable.The service was fantastic as well! “Took my fiance out for birthday dinner. The service was very good. The first thing I noticed about the ambience was that it's very loud, for some reason. I thought it was just me, but I saw someone else mention it in their review. Everything else about the atmosphere is delightful...the decor, the lighting...I don't know what makes the acoustics like that. It didn't ruin the night or anything, just worth a mention. As far as food, my entree was amazing! Cajun shrimp. Delicious, generous on the shrimp, rich tasty sauce. Loved it. Fiance got the chicken curry. It was somewhat mediocre. The chicken was a bit chewy. I feel it would have been dry if it wasn't in the sauce. I'm a lot less fussy than my fiance, so we traded. It filled the hole, but it wasn't amazing like the shrimp! We had keylime cheesecake for deSsert, which was heavenly. If we go again, we'll probably both get the shrimp, and then they'll get their 5 stars from us!All in all, a very pleasant night.The only thing I'll add is that we WISH SO HARD they would bring back their Sunday Brunch! It was phenomenal.”

“When you end a day of fishing on the Umpqua river and need a cold beverage, this is the place. I'm not sure why they have such low reviews because the drinks were stiff and cheap! You never find that in a casino. Service from the bartender was better than I expected and the ambiance was poppin for a Sunday. I wish I had more time to spend here cause they have a casino I wanted to get a little gamble in lol. Maybe next time cause I'll surely be back here soon”

“The Subway in Myrtle Creek was closed for some reason on 2/3 so I drove to the subway in Canyonville and the young lady that was working there (alone) by the way was an exceptionally good worker, she handled things like a professional. I am so proud of her and the care that she took for her customers was amazing. I'm just sorry that I did not get her name but she was awesome, thank you for your service. I was there on2/3 between 2 and 3pm if this helps to identify her, again she was awesome thank you.”

“Sunday night I drove Straight through from Reno to Seven Feathers. I hadn't eaten all day. Got to Stix around 11pm. Mickey was behind the bar working hard. Despite her being very busy she greeted me and got me my 1st beer quickly. I'm a bartender so I always feel like food orders can wait but drinks need to be fast. Despite being busy she did not disappoint! My chicken sandwich was small but tasty. Beer was ice cold! Love that! Thanks Mickey for the great service!”

“I love the food here!! Great portion sizes, happy staff. My only complaint is that the switch in the bathroom is hard to find. Actually I never found it, so I was forced to potty in a very dark room and almost fell. They need a big sign pointing to the switch, as the weighted door swings closed as you're looking for it. My companion also couldn't find the switch but she had her phone with her and used the flashlight. If they fixed the light I would have easily given 5 stars across all areas”

Highly recommended for all travellers who happen to be passing through dreamy Riddle. Wonderful staff, amazing energy and very friendly locals. The owner, Shaun, also allows RV parking in the back making this the perfect stopover on your journey.His girlfriend also opened a cafe next door which is wonderful for morning breakfast and coffee!10/10 will come again.”

I only go in if I feel like I have to so I can get some work done.They do not maintain their Google business hours. The door always has a different time than Google. The staff have not been friendly, attentive, or even seem to care for coffee really the last few times I've gone in. There was dirt under the table and they use Styrofoam cups that sit in open stacks on the edge of the bar. There is a charge for credit card purchases, which is fair, but the limit is $11. I think that is too high. The music is jarring. I'm glad I brought headphones. It would start and stop all over the place and switch songs before the previous one got halfway through.The pastry was yummy. The decor is cool. There are outlets and WiFi.”

The place is small and they only have one table so may have to get it to go. I love how you have the option to take it home and bake it yourself. I choose to have them cook this one.
