My daughter and I stopped in to give Liberated a try. We bought a breakfast hand pie, 3 berry hand pie and a cookie, They were all wonderful. The texture of the crust was great, not heavy or with a gritty feel and good flavor. The cookie was delicious also. We didn't realize that they also have a regular café with lots of salads and sandwiches also. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
I have a legit wheat allergy and have in large part given up on bread/baked goods because the GF substitutes are generally gross. But this place!!!! It's delicious they have given this girl back her baked products, so amazing! Will be back regularly!
