“We have Family driving 2 hours round trip just to go out with us at Tom & Jerry's!Great Atmosphere, Excellent Service, Friendly, Easygoing, Clean; nothing but positive things to say.The owner is really nice & very busy; but manages to keep up & have Great Customer Service. They have a part time waitress who is so sweet & does a Wonderful Job with recomendations if you're not sure what to order :)They have gaming machines, pool tables, room for parties & an outdoor area.Raising 4 kids & down to having only 1 at home now; it's been a wonderful place for us as a couple to get out & have fun together ♡”

“Service was spectacular. The waitresswas super nice and the perfect amount of attention! I had the brisket melt, it was ok, but really greasy, there was a lot of oil/grease on the plate after. The flavor was good, there was a good bit of meat. A person at another table had a burger and it looked awesome, so next time that will be the meal of choice! Definitely be back and will provide a burger review!”

“We drove up from Salem to eat here. We randomly picked the town and then randomly picked the restaurant. The food was great, fresh and well made. The service was good. We went inside to order then they delivered the food to the car. We both had a sandwich. I had a salad and my wife had crinkle cut fries. I had to steal one. They were hot and gooood.”

“We traveled out to claskanine for adult prom but it ended an hour early. The owner of big guy said don't worry. Come on down and hang with us and have a great time! It truly was a great experience. The owner was very delightful and showed us around. They have a wonderful patio right on the river with heat lamps everywhere for those chilly nights. Drinks are a very reasonable price and they have karaoke too! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We will definitely have to go back and check out the food as well next time we are in the area! Thank you for the wonderful welcoming experience!”

“We visit here every now and again as a family. The service is always, quick, polite, and enjoyable. The place is always clean and has a family friendly environment. The food is on par with other family Mexican sit down restaurants. “I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese. I did NOT encounter any cheese. So bummed! I ordered a breakfast burrito for the husband, he said it was ok. I had asked for taco sauce. He didn’t find it until after the burrito was consumed.”

“The Clatskanie Subway is, to put it simply, the epitome of the dining experience. As soon as I entered the gleaming glass door way, I was immediately greeted by a wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread, and fresh organic vegetables. The staff were truly of the utmost quality, as if they had been trained at a fine French bistrot. I ordered my favorite, of course, the meatball marinara. My sandwich was expertly handcrafted from the ground up as it elegantly made it's way down past the assortments of high quality meats, imported cheeses, and locally grown grown organic produce. At the end of my meatball marinara's journey, it was carefully wrapped, and tucked away into a cleverly designed insulating apparatus. Al though it would have been a pleasure to dine at this subway, and be serenaded by one of the staffs euphonious a cappella performances, I had instead decided that evening to enjoy my meatball marinara sub in the comforts of my cottage, sitting next to my fireplace, whilst reading a classic novel. I would recommend the Clatskanie Subway whole-heartedly to even the most hawkish critics. An absolute "Must do," in my book. You would be doing yourself a disservice to overlook this exquisite establishment.”
