Don’t expect good service unless you’re going through the drive thru, every time I go in I’m ignored for a solid few minutes till they decide to help to me, what’s happening to customer service?
The food is okay and the service is normally very good, but this last visit they forgot half my order and it was only 4 items. This is also not the first time they forget part of the order or make something wrong. I'd say it happens 25% of the time.Vegetarian options: Most items can be customized to have no meat and for the same (or a small) price you can swap out the meat for potatoes or beans on most dishes. I love taco bell. Since they rebuilt their quality of food and service has seriously improved. 4 stars because they're not perfect, occasionally an item gets made incorrectly or not included but it is more uncommon than at some burger fast food places.
