I hardly ever leave reviews. I’ve had some decent experiences with subway but this time it was excellent. I get the same thing every time. Servers often assume I only want a half sandwich because I’m a little on the smaller side even though I said I wanted a foot long. I pretty much only go after or before I donate blood so I get a big appetite. Servers almost never ask what size I want even though I need a foot long. Don't know when this happened, or if there's new ownership, but last week when my husband went to pick up dinner, he said none of the regular staff that he recognized were there, and they said they no longer carry Gluten Free bread as an option at all, which means that my husband and I can't enjoy a Subway sandwich together any more. We have been regular customers for years now and the folks working wouldn't even give him a break just once and let him use our coupon to get a sandwich...read full review
I have only ordered online since covid, but the orders have always been correct. Always good and done when the app said it would be done. Maybe I am just lucky that way, but I like to think that is just the way it is at this pace
