Ordered a mobile pickup with the intention of eating there on Tues the 6th around 3pm. The sandwich artist was nice enough to greet me despite having a line of people. She finished a customers sandwich then politely addressed the rest of the people in line she has to finish a mobile order. She finished my order with 10 mins left before the promise time then proceeded to make the other orders quickly. She then had to head to the back and train another employee. The store was super clean, and the workers were very friendly and communicated with each other well. I went in during lunch rush, and everything was very uniform and quick, and my sandwich tasted great. These old reviews are from years ago, and now the management is probably better than ever as the young adults working are very competent. I highly recommend it.

Meh, all in my party agreed we do not care for the "new" menu. Seems to have less flavor and cheaper offerings.The restaurant was clean-a big plus-and well staffed but the energy was flat and with no music you could almost hear people chew!If we visit again we will take it to go.Vegetarian options: Lots of ways to go for veggie options.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for disabled patrons.
