Absolutely gorgeous location! The vibe of the whole place is always so inviting and relaxing, with wonderful shops to go check out during the short wait for your meal. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help, specifically the closing manager, Ronson, who is always on top of everything that needs done, and is so eager to help with any complaint.I highly recommend the hot and jazzy wrappit, an all time favorite of mine that never fails to impress.

The Teriaki chicken was stone cold, not hot at all. Rice was cold and mushy. Tables were filthy. Ended up sick after eating. Not to mention, while being there, there was an employee on break sitting close to where we ate who was noticeably sick themselves. This place has gone downhill. Not coming back here and would not recommend.

I love the 18th location the best and it's always a friendly
I've gotten almost every type of bowl you can, and the skewers are so good. In the summer I left the chocolate dipped cookie in my car for an hour and came back to the most perfect, meaty cookie imaginable.There are outlets but it feels awkward staying here for a well. Seating is very much generic and mall- feeling. There is a large room to the side but I'm nervous to sit and work on my laptop for a few hours here.Staff is so friendly, I even did a secret shopper task here once and they got all five stars.I've tried to lessen how often I come here by buying the sauce and making my bowls at home. I wish the sauce wasn't so expensive!Parking: Small lot beside for the whole building and building next to it. About ten spaces, I've never had trouble finding a spot however.
