They had some problems a few years ago but the last couple of visits have been fantastic. I'm not an expert, but they have the best Thai food I've ever eaten. Great food, reasonable prices.

Food is always fantastic! Excellent service, clean and cozy atmosphere. This is the best Thai spot in town for the $$. My husband and I had our first date here 8 years ago and we still eat here consistently.

We have been wanting to try Chao Pra Ya since we moved here in 2018 and for some reason we never got around to it, wow was that a mistake. We just ordered a ton of options off the menu for takeout and I have to say this was some of the best Thai food we've ever eaten. Now we want to try so many other options on the menu! We ate way more than we were expecting! Thank you Chao Pra Ya!

One of the best Thai restaurants in Eugene. The eggplant garden delight is a must to get. The housemade sauce was so flavorful.

I'm a 'regular'. If you want great Thai food and decently sized portions (as in, enough to take home for a second meal), Chao Para Ya won't disappoint. The atmosphere is casual, not fancy. Staff are friendly. The spice level can vary as chefs change. Ask the server for a spice level assessment if needed. Skip the parking lot and park along the curb across the street instead. I got the panang salmon. The sauce is delicious.

If you've had authentic Thai food before skip this place you're going to be disappointed. No chopsticks or traditional Thai condiments on the table should have been a red flag to leave. Masking lack of flavor with absurd heat and serving raw chicken with over cooked broken rice noodles sums this place up. Much better Thai food trucks and restaurants around town, spend your money there instead.
