I’ve been pretty excited to try this place because their beers are fun and delicious! COLD FOOD. I was very very disappointed eating here. It is definitely a place to eat when you’re drunk and nothing else around lol. To start tables are small, I wouldn’t recommend bringing much inside with you. We spent $71 Including tip on overpriced FASTFOOD. Tasted like Wendy’s. I ordered Birria nachos for us to share & I got a burger with a salad, my boyfriend got the crispy chicken sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. To start off, the water they serve was warm and icky, The salad was literally coated in Parmesan, it made the salad dry as hell and just griddy and gross, the burger was sloppy and immediately made my stomach hurt, the Birria nachos were inconsistent with preparation and soggy. Sweet potatoes fries were crazy over salted. Boyfriend liked his chicken sandwich though. Overall COLD FOOD not worth the price at all. Strictly come here for drinks.

Claim 52 has really good burgers. I’d happily come back for the cowboy burger. The beers range from mild ales and lagers, to hoppy IPAs. But I can’t leave out the WILD beers like Tiramisu and raspberry gingerbread cheesecake.

Parking: Easy to park around this neighborhood most hours. Usually can find a spot in back too. Worst case is pay for parking which is a cinch.

Owner is a former police officer and a current liar. They will not pay you what they advertise even when providing them with outstanding work ethics, they also have a random menu. Food is left out of the fridge longer than health inspectors-oregon food handlers law allows. Prolly due to the walk in being in the basement. Food poisoning guaranteed, be near a toilet!

Went for the French onion soup tonight. After waiting for 10 min I had to remind my server about my lady's beer order. They comped it without asking. But the French onion soup arrived cold to the table. I asked him to go have them reheat it. After a couple minutes in chef mik ro wave it returned barley warmer with even soggier bread. Sever was indifferent and not attentive. Over all. The beer is great. The food sucks.

My husband and I eat here a few times a year. We usually thinkthe food is ok, sometimes not so much which is why we don'teat here a lot. Last weekend I brought my two sisters in for lunch.I asked the server to please turn down the music (really just noise) three times. He apparently couldn't or wouldn't do it.By the time my 3rd sister arrived I wasn't enjoying the experience at all. She was appalled and said she couldn't endure (she is a retired professional musician) it so we went outside. It was a brisk day, glad I wore jeans and a sweat shirt. The food isn't great quality, even if it is done with an attempt at flare. It is very overpriced for the quality. We had our entrees, an appetizer and one round of beer. No dessert. The tab came to right at $100 including tip. Not bad, I suppose but not great for the quality.I referred to some of it as "toy food" becausethat is what it reminds me of. My middle sis said "well we know we could all cook these same dishes much better at home, andwe usually do, but that isn't why we go out." True. We don't getto see each other often, so we always go out for lunch somewhere. Claim 52, sadly will not be at the top of our list going forward because it really just isn't worth it. Our main complaint isn't even with the mediocre food, or over the top prices. What really did it was the incredibly bad noise coming outof those speakers and the manager's refusal to fix it so we could at least sit inside. Wonder how many people will come here if they have to sit outside all winter, just to have a conversation where they can hear each other without yelling? Hmm. There are many other places in Eugene that are much more accommodating and we will return to those for the winter, I'm thinking.Parking: Didn't know about the free parking in back or we would have used it.
