My daughter and I visited this cute little bakery today and I am so beyond happy that I did. Being gluten free and dairy free it can be very hard for me to find tasty treats and today I scored! I got a cake pop for the same price as Starbucks and 100x better and won’t hurt me lol a donut for the little lady, and a scone and blackberry pie for later with a small coffee to go! I paid $20 with tip and enjoyed every bite. I will be back for more and making sure all my GF friends know about it

For two years I've been wanting to go to this bakery but one thing or another would always get in the way. Today I finally visited, and from the first bite of my gluten free sugar cookie, I knew the wait had been well worth it.

Awesome place to go to. They also designed my wedding cake ❤️ It was perfect and just how we wanted it.The coffee to me is a bit eh, but it could have been old or a bad pot.As someone who has to be gluten free and dairy free, this place is a god send. I got to eat macarons for the first time in years. My only wish is that I guess there were dairy free things but I'm not complaining.Dietary restrictions: Entire establishment is gluten freeParking: Parking close to Elegant Elephant has never been a problem without paying. The parking lot is big and requires a parking fee in other areas for Skinners Butte.

Very helpful for me to understand how to make a gluten free meal for a family member I purchased a berry pie that was delicious!

I am only giving this 5 stars because I don't want to harm the business, just to warn people this bakery is ENTIRELY GLUTEN FREE. When I recently ordered a birthday cake I did not realize that. So my 7 year olds birthday cake went mostly untouched by the guests. I thought it was a normal bakery that did gluten free options. That assumption was incorrect. I didn't do a thorough read through the reviews. Just googled bakery, called and ordered a cake. I'm new-ish to Eugene. I've learned my lesson lol. The cake was cute and icing was yummy though...

My go to for gluten free baked goods. Spectacular order for a dairy free apple crumb pie for the Thanksgiving holiday was excellent. They are very helpful and friendly too.

I was visiting from Santa Fe and went to EEBC based on a recommendation. It was hard to choose based on so many options, so I ended up choosing a mushroom Gouda turnover (fabulous filling and best GF pastry crust I’ve ever tasted), pumpkin cream cheese donut (really tasty and excellent texture) and apple crumb pie (a bit too sweet for my taste but very nicely seasoned and flaky crust). Thank you for the delectable treats and demonstrating that GF baked goods can taste this good:)

Boo. We drove well out of our way to get gluten-free treats for our celiac son, only to find the bakery closed. Please update your hours on google, Yelp, etc. Apparently they are now closed Sunday mornings.

Everything we tried was very dense. Also the donuts and cupcakes tasted as though they had been frozen at some point. The frosting on the cupcakes was delicious though so we just ate that part. Sourdough bread was off in flavor and texture and so thick. We needed up throwing everything away except for the banana bread. That was only thing that was good and worth the money. So If you come here, I recommend only getting banana bread.
