The crispy pork was fantastic! Spring rolls + mango rice were delicious. Hai yai chicken was slightly dry. I didn't love that their tip option at check-out defaults to 18%, 20%, 25%... it's a food cart guys with no table service... But would order take out again.

So flippin good! I am staying at an Airbnb in the neighborhood and this is my go to place. So yummy. I had the number nine hat yai chicken and ginger salad. The chicken was perfection and the dressing on the salad was divine. Definitely check this place out if you're in town. Wish I had food like this in Colorado.

Just had the ramen and it was delicious. My only complaint was that they were a little light on the protein (2 small pieces of pork) but maybe that's standard. Still a delicious meal. Will be

Just wow ? It is so hard to find real authentic Thai food! I was a little skeptical of "food truck" but im so glad I did it, and you will be too! Many choices to chose from, so much flavor, and the perfect amount of spice (spicy because I asked for it). The gentlemen were very sweet and quick. It's a MUST HAVE. I'm Thai, and I'm picky about "real Thai food", and this was like my grandma's cooking. I tried Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, the Coconut Shrimp was perfect! Thai tea and Thai coffee! All spot on, what a gem!

A hidden gem! With high quality menu offerings, fast service, and very reasonable prices, Kai is well worth the visit.Wheelchair accessibility: The ordering and pickup window is accessible via stairway, I do not know if they have any other accessibility options.

Absolutely delicious ramen. The best in Eugene! And I always love sesame balls. They worked really hard to make a good seating area as well.

They also have good taiyaki (fish shaped pastry filled with bean paste) and sesame balls! Very good. This was another online order. No word on ambiance. The taiyaki reminds me of pancakes, only they aren't pancakes. Sesame balls have more of a fried taste to the mouth. Very good.

I've been here twice now, delicious both times. The sticky rice is especially good. (I realize that making sticky rice shouldn't be that hard, but this place really nailed it.) I hope to be back soon.

Another solid place for Thai food, albeit a food truck. There are a few trucks in the food truck pod on Van Buren in The Whit and this one caught my eye.We ordered the shoyu ramen, the recommended hat yai fried chicken and crispy pork rice plates and the Thai donuts for dessert. (Note: I recommend eating the donuts where they are fresh and hot.)I give them 5 stars for presentation! The rice was separately packaged from the meat so it wouldn't get greasy--GENIUS. The ramen was unremarkable--the broth was quite tasty. Both the pork & chicken dishes were also delicious, not greasy; I wish we remembered to ask for extra sweet chili sauce. The food is made to order, so there may be a brief wait, about a 10 minutes if you did not call ahead. A buzzer is handed to you and will sound when your order is ready.Definitely give them a try. I looking forwardto trying something else on their menu.

The Chicken Pad Thai with a side of sweet chili sauce on top is phenomenal! Plus, everyone who works here is beyond nice. Service is quick too!
