To be fair, not my kind of place. Our waiter was outstanding. Patient. Very patient. Professional. Filled with good intentions and follow through.

Great spot for a pre- or post- game meetup. Or for dinner and drinks anytime. Really casual with great beer and food selections. Service is always fast and friendly.

This is a recommended spot where you can experience the atmosphere and flavors of a classic American diner. We can enjoy a variety of menus such as Specialties, Pizzas, Burgers, Sandwiches, Desserts, made with fresh ingredients sourced from Eugene and the surrounding areas of Oregon.Don't forget to pair your meal with one of Handcrafted ales, Cocktails, Wines or Your favorite beverages!

The quality of the food is going down while prices are going up. The El Diablo chicken sandwich has been my family’s favorite for YEARS. Just had it for the last time tonight. For 21 dollars you get a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, dry chicken that are smaller than the buns and some onions. Oh, and we got sweet potato fries for +2 dollars, and I counted 12… 12 whole fries for an additional 2 dollars. Get better

The service staff are nice and hardworking, but this place is grossly mismanaged. Their ticket times are terrible. They are not adequately staffed. They did not even have a host on a Saturday for lunch. They have open and unused seats because the manager has not scheduled adequate staff or their systems are bad. Several mistakes were made with our food order, which was overpriced but did taste good.

When UO doesn’t have food for the students during the icepocolyps 2024 McMenamins sure does! Warm woody ambiance to keep us cozy during these hard times.

The atmosphere and things to do at this place is great. The food is good but extremely overpriced, 21 dollars for 2 pieces of this and an handful of fries. Honestly it was extremely disappointing.

WARNING. Not my experience, but my boyfriends. He went here to have a quick drink after work while he was waiting for an Uber. He had 1 beer, that’s it, he started feeling a little funny just sitting at the bar, but it started going downhill while getting into the uber. When he got home, he got to the door and literally had to crawl inside and to the couch where he promptly passed out with all of his clothes and shoes on. When I got home I thought he was dead. It took me a minute to wake him up and he did for about 2 seconds then passed out again. All of that did not come from one beer not even a few. He was roofied plain and simple. Thankfully his wallet wasn’t stolen and nothing seriously bad happened. He doesn’t remember much from that time, but he knows for a fact no one touched his drink except for the bar tender. Anyways, the next day he went back to work, he told his coworkers who all agreed that this place is apparently known for that kind of stuff. Which worries me IMMENSELY especially since it’s in a college town. All of this to say if you are a woman going here alone, or even a man going here alone. Don’t, actually, to anyone who wants to eat or drink here, don’t. It’s not worth it.

Love coming here to play shuffleboard, but the meal prices have gotten so crazy that we just have a little happy hour snack and a beer. We appreciate the great kids menu. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Okay location. Typical Mcmenamins atmosphere for a small non-historic location. For that particular visit they were a bit under staffed and seemed pretty behind. We were out getting passport stamps and decided to eat at one of the other Eugene Mcmenamins locations. If in that area again, we would stop here.

Super cozy place and great bar food. The layout, seats, and especially the lighting all make it a joy to sit in. Only concern is that only one server (at least on the minors-allowed side) means they're a bit overworked, even when it isn't too busy. Our server regardless was very kind and had clear opinions on certain menu items which we certainly enjoyed and agreed with the recommendations.

These restaurants are funky and eclectic, you just need to experience any of them. Had the salmon burger and to be honest was a tad dry, but would not prevent me from returning, just the nature of the beast.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor, roll in/out

Unreal. We arrived at 4:20pm. Told it would be 30 minute wait. One and a half hours go by still no food. Waiter told us the ticket didn’t print. It took an hour and a half to check on our order. And he blamed the kitchen and got angry at us for being upset. Horrible service. Do not go here if you want to eat
