I figured I knew what i was doing when I ordered "The Swanson." Eggs, bacon, waffles. Can't be that special, right? Then this glorious mess of food came out piled in what I can only describe as a delicious bed of breakfast foods. I've had these three things before. Never before have I had them piled together to be eaten in one bite. Flavor explosion would be an understatement. So good! One hell of a first impression. Will definitely be back and for sure will recommend!
Take it from a real Belgian, Liège waffles are not eaten with toppings. They're already overly sweet thanks to the pearl sugar .... waffles that call for toppings are the Brussels waffle. I really wish this trend would stop. Liège waffles are made to eat on their own while walking around town or with tea/coffee mid afternoon. Give it a try!

I visited with family and had one of their waffles with cheese, bacon, and maple syrup. It was only one waffle. It cost too much. I had expected a filling meal for the price. There was the option of adding a single egg for three bucks which I declined, believing it would not be called for.The people are friendly and engaging. The place is clean. It's not fancy or upscale.
