Your odds of winning are exactly the same as any other Oregon Lottery vendor.Pros: Ample Parking, Free Soda, huge selection of Scratch off lottery products and ATM is up and running more than its "out of service".Cons: This location has more people loitering than others I've been to recently.Seems to always be having police activity in parking area.The place could be much Cleaner and updated a bit.
