Hands down the best BBQ I've had locally. I had the pulled pork sandwhich. The pork was so juicy and tender, and the slaw paired nicely. Alternating bites of sandwhich and pickled onion made this next level. Not to mention the more than fair serving sizes in relation to the extremely fair price! I am STUFFED, and happy as hell. My partner and I are celebrating grad school, we were looking for a filling meal, so we came here. Hands down, the best hot link I've had in my life! I've traveled all over the US, and before this food truck, that title was held by a little hole in the wall in Louisiana, but this blew it out of the water! First time here. I ordered the 1 meat (tri tip) and 2 sides with extra bbq sauce for $27. The coleslaw....is revolutionary! Whose idea was it to put cilantro in it? Give them a raise. Ah-mazing!The mac n cheese is actually... real cheese!
