I don’t know who Patrick is but the guy certainly doesn’t know what good pho is or he’s confused about the definition of King. The spring rolls were good but the Pho was so bad I went to Sarku.

Had a super rice bowl, the staff recommended it was absolutely amazing. Got my attention while waiting in a different very long line and I'm glad I listened. The staff was amazing, friendly not overly pushy.Sadly it's only in the mall food court.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free options and asked about restrictions to diet before recommending dishes!

There are so many flavors to have at this five star restaurant in the mall. COME HERE to get hot fresh soups, toasted baguette sandwiches, and healthy fine looking rice bowls! Pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegans have found their haven

Everything I have ever ordered here was delicious. Tastes fresh and always served exactly as I ordered it. Absolutely, hands down, the best customer service in the entire mall. Mary is awesome and deserves a raise.

Ordered on Uber eats because I was feeling sick. Souper Bowls declined my order twice saying they "couldn't accommodate my allergies" so feeling extremely frustrated, I drove down to ask what the problem was because I only indicated gluten free, no cilantro, no green onion. I ended up speaking to the manager and she informed me that she had to "order a stock base that contained gluten" and they were using that for their Pho that is listed on Ubereats and on their menu board as being Gluten Free. The fact that restaurants do this instead of just taking the item off the menu for a "couple days" (the manager said that's how long their GF Pho would have the glutened broth) and intentionally harm people by using items contaminated with gluten in their food that is advertised as being gluten free is baffling to me and quite frankly is dangerous. Also the cashier had no idea that this was the case so clearly the manager was not informing the employees of this change.
