This location is most convenient due to proximity to my home, but is extremely aggravating how the drive through employees are always playing around. I’ve gone several times and while I appreciate the friendly light hearted personality I would prefer they didn’t use accents and tell jokes and “try so hard” to be funny. The past three visits my order has been wrong yet I’m charged the extra $$ for the additions I added to my order. If you are going to go out of your way to play around then at least get the order right to justify not taking your job seriously.There is nothing worse then getting home with partial orders or wrong orders and having been charged extra for them. Everyone’s first thought is going to be “if they weren’t messing around all the time they would get it right”. There is a fine line between friendly and immature.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I’m not just some lazy person door dashing because I can, I’m a hard worker who got stranded at work tonight and relied on the always undepenable Taco Bell to help me. Ordered nachos got no chips. Ordered a Baja blast got a sprite. You smug corporate monsters will get what is coming to you losers!!!

I was greeted by Will Welch at the drive through to pay for my dinner, I was short $1.15, he kindly covered the remaining due so I could eat dinner after work. This man has great customer service. It's nice to interact with someone like this.

I'm sorry. I love Taco Bell but, this place does not embody the Bell. The portions were minimal, as in, all my food items were just shell or wrap. Usually places just stiff you on meat and sour cream and put in a lot of lettus to cover it up. These guys just didn't even try. If I'm going to pay for 3 separate items that are supreme (that means I paid EXTRA for sour sour cream) and the total comes up to over $12 for one taco, one burrito one soft taco and I'd get more meat in ONE Carl's Jr's burger total?......Then that's where I will be going from now on. The place was dirty. None of the tables were clear nor clean, same with the floor around the soda station, and it was not a rush hr. The staff were tired, unenguaged, and it was evident they did not want to be there. If you want Taco Bell, this location isn't it.

I was accidentally charge for an order that was not mine at the drive-through. When I went inside, I was promptly and kindly greeted by Zach. I told him about what had happened and he let me know that they would get it taken care of. He called over who I would assume is a shift leader, or manager named Sam. They were both very sweet and kind the entire interaction and made the refund process very smooth. These two gentlemen were so very sweet and made sure that I got my food and my refund! If you’re ever looking for a good bean burrito and great customer service, this is the place!
