I was visiting friends in Eugene and one of them insisted we visit Tam's before they close. Oh man, what a loss! The smells coming from the green food truck were so nice and comforting. I got the pho which was delicious. They used larger noodles than I expected from pho, and that was a nice surprise! I was looking for a warm, hearty meal on a rainy day. Ok. Here's the good and the bad. Bad: TAM'S IS CLOSING 6/18/22. That's THIS Saturday!!! Good: Every single thing on the menu. I personally love the tofu broken rice dish. Mmm. And the crispy rolls. The pho is phenomenal. I don't think you can go wrong. Hurry and get yourself some delicious eats before she closes up shop for good. Our family sure will miss you Tam!! We wish you well!
Best Bánh mì I've ever had! I like spice, and the spicy pork was just right. Not the quickest to get the food out but I didn't mind that. If you're in a hurry and getting takeout, call ahead for your order.
