If I'm gonna eat out for steak, then this will be the place to go in the Eugene area. Despite it being a franchise, I can tell they still do as hard and as best as they can to offer the best dining experience, and they certainly do deliver. While I think it tends to be a little loud for my liking with the music and sports channels on every television, and especially the dim lighting, I can't deny that I always leave this place with a smile, even if just a little, particularly when I can take home with me extra bread with honey butter and leftover Cactus Blossoms.

Been here a few times now and the food is the same great texas roadhouse menu, just was disappointed with the lack of reservations as this location gets very busy and is probably the busiest one in the PNW. But the managers were able to accommodate us and get us a great meal!

I’ve come to this location many of times and never had an issue with staffing before. But if you have an issue don’t even try to contact the manager Tara. She is completely rude when we were trying to understand what was going on with our party she dismissed us and our issues. She is a complete a-hole and shouldn’t have the position she does.

Logan was the star of my experience. Restaurant was full, but he made sure to check on me with a charming smile just the right amount of times. Came in hungry n tired.. left with a happy tummy n in a great mood. For a young server, he was nothing but excellent! Steak was simple(how I like it), flavorful and juicy. Many options for add ons, if you like extra flavor. Was very busy but with the seating arrangement it wasn’t too loud.

I had a ribeye steak smothered in mushrooms and onions it was wonderful. The coarse salt on the baked potato skin is always a nice touch.

Always a great 12 oz. rib eye at TRH and this place is no exception. Waitstaff attentive and food comes superbly prepared and hot. The hubs had prime rib also excellent.

I went lastnight with my sister and niece, we drove almost 2 hours to come out for a “girls night” I ordered one margarita and my laugh is loud and obnoxious (not on purpose) so it definitely can be annoying. The manager came up to confront me saying she got complaints about me being “too intoxicated” before even getting halfway on my margarita. I went to the restroom before she approached us and a paper towel dispenser was empty (not the problem). There was an employee in the bathroom I walked around saying “excuse me” and using the towel dispenser next to her and even pumped the dispenser so HER paper towels were ready for her because I thought she was busy and the restaurant was packed. THAT EMPLOYEE is the one to report me for being too intoxicated, actually she said “drunk”. I walked out and back to my table and not even 5 minutes after we were confronted. The manager never even came back after we asked for her multiple times. She hid behind the other employees and couldn’t face us again even going as far to say “I can clearly see you’re not drunk feel free to stay as long as you guys want”. Yeah we’re gonna stay after the whirlwind of disrespect that was our entire experience. We were so uncomfortable we packed up and left after buying $30 meals EACH (And 2 appetizers on top of our drinks). Before we ever came inside we called once we got there to be put on the wait list, “okay that will be 40 minutes”, left my number and an hour and 20 minutes later we called back to be told “you’re supposed to call and check in when you get here”. We went inside, they’re SLAMMED, so understandably we probably slipped through the cracks. I’ve driven the hours to and from this location so many times because it’s usually an okay experience. I know one specific event shouldn’t judge how we view this site, but when you leave crying, yeah it’s pretty memorable. How embarrassing?? Next coorporate is gonna go “we’re so sorry for your experience that’s not our intentions”. Fire her.

Pickup order- First time going to Texas Roadhouse and the prime rib, baked potato and fresh bread was super delicious, I love the butter for the bread and the horseradish for the prime rib is so good! But that got a little overshadowed because they forgot to put the gravy on the side, as per special instructions, the container with the mashed potatoes and gravy's lid wasn't on and it spilled all over everything so it wasn't eatable, and the 3 garlic shrimp were not even a little bit warm. Overall I'm not too impressed with the packaging or following instructions, but the food is good enough to give it another try sometime.
