“We had a great lunch today at Ta Ra Rin. Fresh Salad Rolls are Rice Paper filled with Carrots, Lettuce, Bean Sprouts, Tofu, Basil, Rice Noodles,and Ground Peanuts. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a Peanut Sauce and a Sweet & Sour Sauce. Such a delicious and refreshing appetizer. The Royal Pumpkin is Golden Fried Pumpkin with Ground Peanuts and a Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce and it tastes wonderful. The Chicken Pad Thai is Rice Noodles, Egg, Garlic, Green Onion, Bean Sprouts, and Ground Peanuts and the flavor is out of this world. Order a side of Warm Peanut Sauce to drizzle over the dish. You can choose th Heat Level of your food.Service was quick and presented beautifully.“
“The mango curry was out of this world. Sweet, savory, everything was cooked to perfection and the rice was absolutely bomb. It has a small patio and a decent view of the hills, so it's a quart little place to watch traffic and people while you eat.“

“I lived across the street from this restaurant when it was on 24th and it was my favorite place to get dinner. The owner is incredibly nice and even called me personally to make sure I got a refund when an app let me place an order when they were closed. When they changed to a food cart I was so worried that they had closed down, but was so exited when I saw the food cart!!! The food has remained amazing through the years and the owner is always so nice. This is my favorite Thai food in Eugene“
“The crispy pork was fantastic! Spring rolls + mango rice were delicious. Hai yai chicken was slightly dry. I didn't love that their tip option at check-out defaults to 18%, 20%, 25%... it's a food cart guys with no table service... But would order take out again.“
“If I could give ten stars I would! I’ve had four dishes here and they were all very much the best tasting Thai food I’ve been able to find. Especially here in the area. Flavor is amazing, spice is no joke. I’d recommend grabbing a Thai iced tea for after. Makes for a perfect meal from beginning to end. Delish!“
“We have been wanting to try Chao Pra Ya since we moved here in 2018 and for some reason we never got around to it, wow was that a mistake. We just ordered a ton of options off the menu for takeout and I have to say this was some of the best Thai food we've ever eaten. Now we want to try so many other options on the menu! “I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I pass it weekly, and see the reviews. I finally stopped the other day right after they opened. Everything on the menu looked, and sounded good. I ended up getting the cashew gai, and the fresh salad rolls. I waited to eat my food for when I got home, so it was a little cooler than I would have liked it, but I had to let my dogs out. It was still good, I should have gotten some pics. I want to try other dishes, but I can already bet they are pretty good. The salad rolls are good, along with the peanut sauce. I found it to be on the spicier side. Not bad, but my pallet has been off since I had covid a few months ago. So that may have been it. The service was fast, and friendly. I will be back for sure. Especially to try other dishes.“
“I have been going to Lees for years now and go at least once a week! I LOVE the pad Thai and yellow curry. I have tried yellow curry at other places and it just isn’t as good compared to this one. They both have such huge portions and it is so filling. Most of the time I can’t finish it. I am always greeted with a smile and such good customer service. I really recommend going here!!“
“My wife and I recently started eating here and we think it is the best Thai food in Eugene. It has some really unique dishes with the usual Thai names but the preparation is really wonderful and flavorful. They have a small but excellent wine list and all of the staff are friendly. The food has always come out really quickly so that's a plus too.“

“Staff was welcoming when we arrived. Everything on the menu looked very good. I ordered fresh rolls, they came out with the meal, instead of as an appetizer. My friends had the cashew chicken (I think I will try it next time), a chicken salad (it looked absolutely amazing) and I had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. Seasoning is good, fresh veggies make a great meal. Portions are superb! You will have leftovers! Looking forward to going back and trying something else there....the pineapple curry caught my eye, it sounds wonderful.“
“Used to eat here every afternoon when I worked in the area. Always good food and friendly staff. Made it back there today first time in awhile. Still Very good food and filling, never can finish the whole serving, always have leftovers. Had the Pad Thai very tasty. They are So delicious despite being a bit expensive, but to be fair crab rangoons are expensive everywhere.The curry is also very delicious. The staff is nice but busy. The place is old, but comfy.
