Haven’t been in a couple years now, but last I went it was some of the best wings I’ve ever had. It’s pricey, gonna spend a good bit, but it’s worth the money in my opinion.
TOXIC IS EXACTLY RIGHT! Was served a raw and cold burger whose patty was only 1/8 inch thick so i don’t know HOW that’s possible. Careless. After seeing this we find a hair on our other burger. Awesome, read the other reviews on multiple raw food and food poisoning stories before going

The burgers were great!! The only problem I encountered was a mix-up with my order. When I got home I was short one burger for my grandchild. When I called, Travis answered and couldn’t be more apologetic. He asked me to return, and he would make it good. When I got there, I was greeted by Ashley who already knew about my situation. had everything ready for me. I can tell they we’re all sympathetic I told them that mistakes happen, but they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Travis said that you did not lose me as a customer and present me with a certificate to return. As I was leaving Chase also asked me if everything look good and told me to have a nice night. Great customer service and I shall return. The burgers were great!

Love the food here. You can’t get better takeout wings, or fish & chips anywhere in Eugene. It is a bit pricier than your typical takeaway, and the drive thru can be slow when it’s busy.
My boyfriend, 8 year old daughter, and I ate here for dinner on November 25th, 2023 and got TERRIBLE food poisoning. The burgers were delicious but within six hours after eating my whole family got terribly sick with food poisoning in the middle of the night. It was the worst we've ever felt, it was pretty scary. I'm guessing they didn't cook the meat enough and the meat was contaminated with E Coli or something like that, but I'll never know for sure. We had eaten there a year prior with no problems and we loved the food, which is why we came again, but after that last meal I will never eat there again. When they say Toxic burger they mean TOXIC burger!

Have only been here twice and both times they have got the order wrong. First time I ordered my wings tossed and got home to no sauce on the wings. And today I ordered garlic fries and got home and they were just regular fries. I know mistakes happen but for 32 dollars for burgers and fries they need to make sure it’s right.
