I had an amazing dining experience at Viva Vegetarian Grill. We ordered the house-made chili fries with cashew cheese, the tempeh tacos, and enjoyed some African Red tea.The house-made chili fries were a delight, and the cashew cheese added a rich, creamy texture. Viva! Vegetarain Grill is a wonderful all vegan food truck in Eugene. Friendly staff works here. I went with the tempeh burrito. This comes with grilled tempeh, housemaid organic chili, cilantro-lime slaw, salsa, and a vegan cheese sauce all wrapped in a large whole wheat flour tortilla.I thoroughly enjoyed the burrito. Good fast service. Solid prices and portions. Location could be better but it is a nice little cart. This is a good place to go if you are vegan, lots of options. Got the Vegan Cheesesteak and there was texture similar to a real cheesesteak and flavor was great.
