We have been hearing about this restaurant for years. So we had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Grant’s Pass location. Our server, Emma was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This restaurant is lucky to have such an amazing employee.The food is so tasty, the portions are very generous, the decor so cute and warm, and the service was great! We’ll done everyone. We plan on finding another location during our travels.
So disappointed. I went to get clam chowder, found out they finally brought their prime rib back. So excited. I ordered 2. This was a to go order. Ron was a great server, the general manager was great. I got home to find my prime rib was over cooked. I called the restaurant and spoke with a Matthew apparently the Assistant manager, and he was no help stated that the whole rib roast was cooked that way. These used to be a favorite. Last couple times we went the place was filthy. Service was slow. Owners are clearly squeezing out every dime and not upgrading the carpets and decor or cleaning much. Understaffed. I had a Patty Melt that was dry and I got sick before I got home.
