“The people are fantastic, the food is authentic and incredibly tasty! The place is a bit awkward. I prefer to take my food home from Ban Mai. The service is totally top notch when I do dine in. I have never been disappointed with any order and I have been there countless times for take out and dine in with my kids. They are always eager to tweak orders for individual customers that have food alergies or restrictions. 100% the best Thai in Grants Pass.“
“So, we have been here several times in the past, and it was always just okay. So we haven't been back for a while. Today, it was excellent. I believe it has new owners and/or staff. Or maybe they have had some time to perfect the recipes. Whatever happened, it was delicious. We order three rolls and edamame. The volcano, caterpillar, and dynamite rolls tasted amazing and fresh. The edamame tasted great as well. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant always seems clean and very inviting. We will be coming back again.“
“Delicious food! Friendly service. We didn't have reservations and they managed to squeeze us in for a party of 4 by moving tables around. They were very busy and I see why! Yum!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available on alot of items.“
“I don’t have enough photos on the menu, it’s not clear what it is, it’s all guesswork. You just have to order at your own risk. The atmosphere is excellent, you can turn gray. But the food is delicious, we tried sushi and their rice. Tasty. The cutlery and plates are old, scratched, and the plates are plastic, which is very unusual for us people from Europe. But we still love to visit them“
“This is the extreme place to take a weekend date or a week dinner the food is fresh right off the water or from a garden with crunch. There a place of what I call family and friends along with a price everyone can afford. I will say if you can't dine in take it out and enjoy anywhere. I enjoyed my meal on a drive to Applegate lake by fire. Yum yum is Gst Bar & GrillKid-friendliness: Sh sh don't tell my grandkids they love the place. From rolls to sweet chicken. Clap your hands fun with yelling yes grandma thanks. There 3to17 don't tell them grandma went without them.“
“I went here the other day and was stoked by my "burrito". The place itself is sort of ho-hum. The decor is disjointed, the seating limited, and there was no high chair for my baby. The person working there was nice enough, but the food is what brought me there for a quick bite so I didn't mind. When I asked for the salmon roe to be added to my eel burrito, the server literally put like a giant ice cream scoop size amount of it in my roll. I'm sold and will be back.“
