Thank you Wendy's!! My food was very hot an fresh, steamed as I took my first bite of that CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH! The lobby and bathrooms looked cared for as I sat and order from my mobile rewards Wendy's app and got a FREE sandwich with my WENDY'S MOBILE REWARDS APP. Don't understand why promote all this stuff like order A Frosty on the app and get 20% off and all your offers and deals on the apps and your staff know nothing about it let alone how to help the customer!

I really enjoy eating at Wendy's. I think their burgers are great. I like the spicy chicken sandwich, the chili they even have good salads this Wendy's very bad customer service employees act like they're the only people in the world the bacon on my baconator was way overcooked and crumbly rock hard when I ordered Dave's double.
